We reserve the right to limit sales by customer, region, or quantity. Product details and prices can change at any time without notice, and offers are void where prohibited. We do not guarantee that our products or services will always meet your expectations or that any errors will be fixed.

Seasonal Planter Subscription Service

• Installation: With your first delivery, Vine & Vessel will install a permanent planter container as a rental.
• Seasonal Updates: Our team will swap out decorative inserts each season, keeping the container in place while refreshing its look.
• Ownership: The container remains the property of Vine & Vessel. If you cancel or skip a season, we will retrieve the container. In those cases, the decorative insert (flowers) will remain with you unless you specify otherwise.
• Seasonal Pickup: At the start of each season, our team will collect containers from homes that have canceled or skipped that season. Approximate pickup dates are:
• Spring: April 1
• Summer: June 1
• Fall: September 5
• Winter: November 1
• Missing Planter: If a planter is not available when scheduled for pickup, you will be charged for the container. You have 14 days to return it for a full refund.

Container Charges:

• Small: $80.00
• Large: $125.00

7.      Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to decline any order. We may limit or cancel the quantity you purchase per person, household, or order—this applies to orders from the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we'll try to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout. We may also block orders that appear to be from dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase and account information for every order. Please keep your account details—such as your email, credit card numbers, and expiration dates—up to date so we can process your transactions and reach you as needed.

8.      Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to content, products, or services provided by other companies. These links take you to sites that we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. You may stop using our services at any time by notifying us. We may also suspend or cancel your access if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Any obligations or liabilities incurred before termination will still apply.

If you decide to cancel your Vine & Vessel planter subscription, please contact us via phone or email. Your cancellation takes effect immediately. If you have already been charged for upcoming services, you will receive the next season's product, and your account will then be deactivated. No refund will be issued for any season once your payment has been processed.

15.  Entire Agreement

Not enforcing a provision of these Terms does not mean we waive our rights. These Terms, along with any posted policies or rules, constitute the complete agreement between you and Vine & Vessel, superseding all previous agreements or communications, whether written or oral. Any unclear provisions will not be interpreted against us as the drafting party.

16.  Governing Law

These Terms, and any related agreements, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

17.  Changes to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
