We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below. Note that due to the custom nature of our products, planters cannot be returned, while other items may be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Planters: All planters are final sale. Because each planter is custom-made and designed specifically for your space, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returnable Items
Other Products: Items other than planters may be returned if they meet the following conditions: 1) Returned within 30 days of purchase. 2) In original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. 3) Accompanied by your proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer service team at vineandvesselplanters@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.
- Shipping: You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
