Our planters are at this time delivered to select towns in Southwest Ohio: 45040 (Mason), 45034 (Kings Mills), 45065 (South Lebanon), 45069 & 45071 (Westchester) and 45039 (Maineville). We expect to deliver planters to more areas and ship our products to additional locations starting in Spring 2026.

You can expect delivery within 5-7 business days.

If you are a subscription customer, you will receive an email after ordering for that season’s expected delivery date range.

A planter insert is … our small planter inserts have an upper diameter of X” and are Z” high. Our large planter inserts are Y” in diameter and Z” high. Please measure appropriately to make sure your existing container will accommodate either the small or large insert.

No, if you purchased a seasonal planter subscription, the planter will be picked up at the end of the season and replaced with a new one for the next season.

Frequency of watering depends on the weather patterns. After the purchase of each planter, a customized care plan will be emailed to you with suggestions on watering, pruning and protecting from the wind. Ohio weather is very unpredictable, so please read the care instructions upon purchase. Vine & Vessel also has individualized planter fertilizer packets available for purchase.

Our planters are designed to keep blooming and looking fresh for the duration of that season. Instructions on how to prune back any undesirable plants will be emailed to you after purchase or at the beginning of each season. Maintenance of the planter is the responsibility of the customer. If at any time, you are unsatisfied with your planter, please send a picture and a brief description of the issue and we will address your concern. Our desire is to keep you happy and keep your entrance looking vibrant.

Our fall and winter planters include a mixture of fresh greens and faux elements. This is our speciality to keep your home looking the best in seasons that are typically hard to decorate. Your planter will be full and lush with a signature mix of fresh and faux elements.

A Vine & Vessel representative will collect the planter at the end of the season, compost the contents of the container, and provide you with the next season’s planter.

We specialize in container planters, but will consider small flower bed projects or window boxes on a limited basis. Please email us a picture of the area and the sun exposure details. We will get back to you in a timely manner to discuss possibilities and to set up a free consultation.

Yes! All planters that are given as a gift will include a handwritten card on floral pick in your planter. In order to give a gift of a planter, the recipient needs to have a delivery address in one of our delivery areas.
